Each one of us is in a constant state of evolution. As we live out our personal stories, we will inevitably experience phases of contentment and joy, turmoil and darkness, and all that exists in between. Nurturing our spirit and emotional wellbeing allows us to expand our capacity for self-reflection, self-awareness, and meaning-making, thereby paving the way for living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Helping individuals reconnect with themselves and live more meaningful, empowered lives. I provide online therapy for individuals 16 and up in Washington, Oregon, Texas, and throughout the Hawaiian islands.

Faith and spirituality can be an important source of meaning, hope, comfort, and connection, especially during difficult seasons of life. As a Christian, I welcome the opportunity to bring a Christ-centered perspective into therapy for those who desire it, while honoring and respecting each person’s beliefs, values, and journey. My hope is to meet you where you are and create a safe space to explore what gives your life meaning, purpose, and hope—without judgment or pressure.

I offer relational, insight-oriented clinical supervision for fellow therapists. With over 12 years of experience supervising pre-licensed and licensed clinicians, my style centers on curiosity, personal growth, and authenticity—not checklists.
