Clinical Supervision
Supervision is more than just a box to check—it’s a space for reflection, growth, and deepening your identity as a clinician. I offer individual clinical supervision for pre-licensed and licensed therapists in Texas, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii who are working with adult individuals and who value a systemic, humanistic lens in their work.
My clinical supervision approach mirrors my approach to therapy: relational, insight-oriented, and rooted in curiosity and mutual respect. I’m not here to tell you how to be a therapist—I’m here to support your unfolding as one. I focus on who you are in the room, how your personal experiences intersect with your professional work, and how to build a sustainable, grounded practice that’s truly your own.
My 12 years of supervisory experience includes 6 years of leadership as a clinical supervisor for a multidisciplinary mental health team in a community health setting. During that time, I also had the pleasure of supervising graduate-level interns across disciplines—including Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and Social Work. While I am trained as an LMFT, my clinical focus is now centered primarily on individual therapy. I enjoy working with clinicians who value and would like to cultivate a truly systemic framework in their one-on-one client work.
If you’re looking for a supervision space focused primarily on technical outcomes, productivity, or a specific ideological orientation, I may not be the right fit—and that’s okay. If, however, you’re seeking a supervision experience that honors your full humanity, invites self-reflection, and supports your growth both personally and professionally, I would love to connect.
Rates:
Supervision for pre-licensed therapists: $150 (1 hour) | $250 (2 hours)
